Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall
Hello Sir,
I am sachin verma 26 Years old male.
From last 2 years I am facing problem with hair fall.
First I feel it is because of change of location. Earlier I was in lucknow and now I am in Allahabad from july 2008.
second thing I feel it may be genetic my father has also less hair.
Yet I have not gone any medical treatment. I am doing yoga and some physical exercise.
My question is what should I do so that I can preserve my hair.

Hello Sachin,
Male pattern baldness (Alopecia areata) usually follows a pattern of receding hairline & is related to genetic makeup and male sex hormones.
Management involves intake of Finasteride preparations (like Finax) which interferes with the production of male hormone linked to baldness.
In addition, you can also use:
1. Minoxidil preparations (like Mintop 10%) applied directly to the scalp helps in hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles.
2. Multivitamin supplements containing Biotin.
These medications have to be used regularly under the guidance of a Dermatologist.
