Hello, falling hair may be a sign of low health status. Iwanted to know whether you suffered from any serious illness in past few months. You can go for blood reports like CBC , Hb etc to know any disease status. I will advice you a good healthy diet with lots of protein and vitamins ( egg, fruits, vegetables)and keratin shampoo plus conditioner to use. use a milder shampoo but no soap. This may work.
