Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall And Dandruff
hi doctor,i am suffering from hair fall due to dandruff from 8 years.now my age is 26 .i am a house wife with 2 kids 1st kid 4years,2nd 1 year.now my hair looks very thin.front side of head looks like very thin.there is not much hair on that place.now itake head bath alternative days.my face skin looks oily and some portion rough.i dont know what skin type mine is.I have a doubt, Is i am getting bald head?is any treatment for my problem?now iam using oriflame dandruff shampoo.please suggest me tablets ,shampoo other medication,please suggest sir

As per your case-history you are having multiple problems-
1. You have decreased hair density mostly due to decreased body vitamins post-pregnancy.
2. You have chronic dandruff problem
3. You have mixed pattern of facial skin - partly oily and partly dry.
My advice for each -
1. For hair loss take tab.follihair once at night and tab.caldison-d3 once a week
2. For dandruff use ketoconazole plus zinc pyrithone shampoo twice a week.
3. For mixed type of skin use a mild face-wash like Acwash facewash twice daily.
