General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The problem what you are encountering pertaining to hair fall and burning scalp could be due to 'seborrheic dermatitis'.
Kindly use an over-the-counter dandruff shampoo that containing key ingredient coal tar and salicyclic acid.
Along with it you need to use shampoo containing ketoconazole, selenium and zinc as ingredients regularly.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
Take care and all the best.
