Hi, i am 30 yr old boy. At the age of 19, my friends used to punch my right side chest with their hands and told me that you must be punching your girl friends breasts like this. in that way,i think, i have my right side chest like 16 yr girls breast. plz help me out, i am feeling very embarrassing.

Gynecomastia at your age should be investigating to exclude some pathologies that may cause it. For that i would suggest to check:
-TSH,prolactine level at 8.0 a.m.
-Testosterone, SHBG
-FSH and LH.
