Endocrinologist 's  Response
hello, first of all, we need to find out the cause of gynecomastia. Some people have excess fat which resemble like gynecomastia. Meet an endocrinologist. He need to examine you and look at various aspects and do blood tests to find out causes of gynecomastia. SOme people respond to drugs if gynecomastia is recent onset. But if it is long standing, I am afraid, medicines may not really work well and you may need surgery. First of all , please meet an endocrinologist
