Suggest Treatment For Growing Bruise On Right Foot

I woke up one morning and discovered i had a bruise on the right side of my right foot. it was close to the bottom of my foot and it hurt when i walked or applied pressure on it. That same night i looked at it and the bruise spread and became darker. I dont know what it is, and i wanted to ask someone for help.

it may be injury or shoe bite. apply betadine lotion and dressing over it. for pain you cantake tab combiflam after food.
