Suggest Treatment For Green Stool And Vomiting Of A 8 Month Baby

my child is 8 month old,Height-75 cm,Weight-9.4 kg
he is teething now and he is breastfeed-ed(i take iron tablet) and also started solid in his age 6th month.
Now problem is that 3 or 4 days he is suffering from green stool with vomiting- what is the solution of it
