Suggest Treatment For Granuloma Annulare
I have seen studies where ROM has been successful in treating granuloma annulare. My dermatologist said there were no treatments for this skin disease and that it may resolve on its own, but it has not in over four years. Would doctors/dermatologists be receptive to information about this potential treatment and would they be willing to prescribe it. Thanks for your help.

Hello, let me tell u that the literature about ROM in GA is just based on case reports or small case series, for it to be established as a line of treatment, randomised controlled clinical trials are required, which is lacking for ROM in GA
Your dermatologist was right explaining to you that it is asymptomatic and has spontaneous resolution,
But if you are persistent on some treatment modality for the same, there are few options which have a better evidence than ROM, and i am sure your dermatologist must be knowing..Discuss with her about the same.
