Hello
You are having "Diastolic dysfunction " on the left ventricle .
Diastolic dysfunction is a condition characterized by abnormality in the fillin of the heart ( left ventricle ) during DIASTOLE .
It is caused by any condition or process that leads to stiffening of the left ventricle .The condition may be due to .
1 Hyper tension
2 AORTIC STENOSIS .
These condition or disorder may lead to pulmonary and / or systemic venous congestion .
This pulmonary or venous congestion at last leads to DYSPONEA .
In my opinion ( as you mentioned in the query that you are having high BLOOD PRESSURE ) consult a " CARDIOLOGIST " and get his opinion.
Hope this information will help you.
