Suggest Treatment For Gestational Diabetes

I have gestational diabetes and my diet educator asked me to check ketone level during my morning urination. But I am sure which ones I should do the test since I normally pass my urine 2-3 times at night till morning. Should be the last one when I get up from bed?

Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear madam I can understand your concern.
estimation of ketones will not help in your managment.
kindly estimate your blood sugar with glucometer daily.
but on day one check fasting and after break fast 2 hrs value
on second day test for before lunch and after lunch 2 hrs value
on third day test for before dinner and 2 hrs after dinner value.
take a break of two days and start cycle again...
try to plot all this thing in a chart and show to your doctor or to me
kindly walk regularly,take balanced foot.
