Hello dear I understand d your concern Genital wart, by human papilloma virus and cause by various strain of the virus. It is transmitted by penetrative sexual intercourse. Every strain of virus is not cancerous but it increased the risk of cancer. You can take HPV vaccine to prevent it. Once infection will clear then chance of cancer is less I will treat this type of case in my practice as below Topical: 80% Trichloroacetic acid gel and 0.15-0.5 % PODOFIX GEL If not respond you can do excision by nitrogen cryotherapy, electrocauterization and simple excision Avoid sex till you clear from infection Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams Hope this may help you Wish you good health Best regards Dr. Sagar
