I m johnny I m 37 I had gastritis like 3 years ago since then the pain comes n go but now lately my eyes hurts alot including my headaches n of course dominal pain... I noticed my balance has been compromised too I get dizzy cuz of that... this last all day this is ruining my personal life sentimental and at work too I don t feel like going out with my girlfriend no more because of this sintoms Id been at clinic hospitals thinking maybe it s something in my head... nothing they did a MRI they didn t find anything they keep telling me it s the migraine... blood test nothing everything it fine... I just did a blood test to see if I had the H pylori, negative... I don t know what else to do I feel this pressure in my head that can t deal with it... lately I noticed my breathe something it s short.. don t know if it is because of the stress of all this... I need a Dr opinion pls....
Hello Dear. You need to follow strict lifestyle modification tips to combat gastritis
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications without fail as prescribed by your doctor- pantop or omez or rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
