Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Acid Reflux

Hello: I have been diagnosed with gastritis and acid reflex but I continue to have tingles in my limbs and sharper pains in my back that come and go in different spots. More like someone is pinching me with some needles in their fingers. I can t seem to get ride of these back pains. Experienced for last several months. Most of my acid reflex issues are gone so why won t this go away. Could it be some form of fibromyalgia?

Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of gastritis and acid reflux which is very common problem which is due to delayed opening of sphincters leading to excessive production of bile. Need not to worry. Treatment of acid reflux depend upon taking medicine and alteration in lifestyle. You should take plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to avoid spicy and heavy meal specially at night. Eat at least one hour before going to bed, take a light walk for 15-20 mins after every meal , take antacid after every meal like gelusil. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and start treatment after complete prescription. Avoid taking outside food.
