Suggest Treatment For Gastric Problem
I am having a gastric problem for the last many months. It become very difficult for me to have a peaceful sleep at night. My stomach becomes very tight and hard and i feel a lot of pressure in my stomach. Then i feel very dizziness and uncomfortable. Please suggest some herbal medicines for me.

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have stated here could be due to hyperacidity and it may be associated with intestinal infection. I would suggest to try Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for five days and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, for three weeks, avoid spicy and oily food, have more alkali diet like fresh vegetables.
