Suggest Treatment For Gastric Problem With Bloated Stomach

I am 26 years old having 61kg weight and height of 5 feet 9inch. I have been suffering from gastric problem for the last 8 years. I used to feel bloating in the stomach after 1 or 2 hr of taking lunch. I used to have the feeling of gas in stomach till I sleep. Every morning I used to feel incompleteness after motion. Some times, I used to have diarrhea. I recently had colonoscopy , the colons are normal. The doctor told that I have IBS-D. He gave normaxin but it had no effect. I have started removing the food items that does'nt suit me by maintaining a diary. After removing butter milk, cheese, curd from my diet, I am bit relaxed. There is no experience of gas in the stomach till evening but after dinner it starts again. If I take dinner half of my appetite, it creates little gas. Still I am not through with these problems. I do'nt understant whether it is IBS or some kind of milk intolerance.

- Avoid meals or dinners 2 hours prior to rest .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Regular sound sleep of 8 hours .

- Intake of cap . omeprazole ( 20 ) mg mor and evening before meals
and pro biotics after meals 2 times a day give better recovery .
