Hi thanks for asking question..

You have not mentioned how much gall stone present whether single or multiples??
Is there abdominal pain present???

If stone is single and asymptomatic no need for gall bladder removal...
Close clinical follow up done....

If gall stone troublesome and complicated ex.lead jaundice, repeated infection then it is removed.

Meanwhile take low fat diet.Udiliv can be helpful...

Take care....
