thanks for writing to HCM MR.Kiran,
first of all, i want to say that both gall bladder stones as well as mild hepatomegaly are very common and there is nothing to get worried about.secondly are there any symptoms associated with gallstones (pain right side of upper abdomen/stomach,yellowish discoloration of skin , eye)if these symptoms are present there is a definitive need for the treatment, however, treatment may not be needed in most cases without symptoms.treatment, if needed in most cases, is surgery to remove gallbladder which is a very common surgery can be performed laparoscopically .
as far as hepatomegaly is considered I don't think it has anything to do with gallstones unless it is complicated which is very less likely , doctor may advise a few extra investigations ,not much to worry about .
all and all I would say don't worry too much this is a very common problem and easily treatable.
consultation recommended: iGENERAL SURGEON
please do let me know if you have any other questionsIwill be happy to help you
