Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection On Penis
Hello Ive been exposed around 6 months before. As far as i know (which i realized after exposure) my partner had diagnosed Chlamydia. After taking medicine some of Chlamydia symptoms stopped. After couple of days after exposure i found on my penis a circle shaped change which didnt hurt and after treating unti fungi medicine disappeared. It comes back every 2-3 weeks but with treating with anti-fungal medicine it disappears again. now im worried cos i observed more symptoms. i have an impression that something happens with my internal organs. the urine is very yellow, firstly i felt pain under my belly and this pain travels higher towards my chest. Now i started to caught without catching a cold which might be related but im not sure. Since im staying in a remote place far away abroad the consultation with doctor is not easy. Please kindly let me know: 1) what sort of problem i might be facing 2) what sort of medicine after confirming with the doctor might be useful 3) how can i cure my skin from fungal infection so it would not return 4) what kind of test i shall make in order to be sure about the diagnose and how long does it take to know the results Thank you for ur reply AB

I have gone through your query.The fungal infection can recur if not treated properly.For my patients i advise to take tab fluconazole weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrance along with ointments like terbinafine. In your case i also suspect a urinary infection.Urine routine examination followed by a culture of first voiding urine or urethral swab should be taken.Proper antibiotic for adequate duration will clear that problem also.Hope this may help you.
