Suggest Treatment For Fundal Gastritis And Rectosigmoid Polyp

HI, I'm 43 year old male with clean habits. I went to a gastroentrologist for consultatiocln on frequent burping, gas release, irrtable stools, mild tightness in chest. I was advised to undergo oral endoscopy and flexible sigmoid colonoscopy which was done yesterday. The findings in UGI endoscopy are Hiatus hernia+fundal gastritis+Antral gastritis (widely opened), CLO test Positive and conclusion was Fundal gastritis. The findings of flexible sigmodoscopy was POLYP BD in sigmoid colon and the impression was Rectosigmoid polyp. Doctor said he has taken sample for BIOPSY test from Polyp and results would come in 10 days time. Meanwhile he said first i need to undergo treatment for 14 days for ulcer creating bacterial infection and was advised to take Gasec 400 (Omez) twice daily before food, Amoxylin table twice daily after food.
