Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination
My name is prakash joshi from nepal. I have no sugar, no stone . But over 20 years, i have problem of frequent urine . I must go 2 times in night for urine. it makes me disturb my sleep. I am 39 years old. My height is 5.3 ft and weight is 62.Please advise me what should be done.

Frequent urination may be due to many reasons like diabetes mellitus & insipidus,urinary tract infection(UTI),enlarged prostate(in males),stress incontinence,psychogenic etc.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
