Hello

It is important to know your sex first.
Frequent urination may be due to diabetes mellitus,UTI(urinary tract infection),enlarged prostate(in males) etc.

You may need clinical evaluation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, ultrasound of abdomen, urine RE/ME.
You may need few medicines depending upon findings.
This is generally a manageable condition.
Avoid alcohol,caffeine in your diet.

Get well soon.
Take Care
