Suggest Treatment For Frequent Shortness Of Breath.

My body seems to always be overheating. I am often very comfortable in temperatures other people find very cold and in the summer time when the temperature is high it can be extremely uncomfortable. Along with this, I often have my forehead, face, shoulders and back develop blotchy red areas when I feel hot which can come fairly randomly. I also notice that I develop a kind of nervous, shortness of breath feeling very often. I would like to know what, if anything, I should be tested for, etc.
