Suggest Treatment For Frequent Headache, Nausea And Vomiting

Hi im a 15 year old boy and i had a sudden change in the frequency of my headaches, i have mild headaches daily on the left amd sometimes right side of my headm they are usually worse in the evening but there not bad in the morning. I have had some nausea and vomiting but that was 2 weeks before i had a change in my headaches which i barely used to have headaches before. Should i be concerened for a brain tumor or any other condition or is it just anxiety? I have no other brain tumor symptoms besides the headaches and occasianal nausea and vomiting but that doesnt accompany the headache
