Suggest Treatment For Frenulum Breve

i have a short frenulam of my penis... please help ... circumcision or frenuloplasty .... am i confusing it with phimosis??? when my penis is in normal state: my foreskin retracts back i can see my gland and can see a short size frenulam which bends my gland if i try to move my foreskin further ... when i m sexually excited it is difficult to retract my forskin and even if by precum it retracts ...it retracts only just exposing glad not below that and it is a bit painful now in this state ...

Hi.

A frenuloplasty would be the simple option to consider but in all honesty it may or may not solve the problem. On the other hand, a circumcision would surely ensure complete resolution of your issue and so I would favor the circumcision over the frenuloplasty.
