I have read your query and understood your concern.
I usually advice my patients to put a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 60 over face in the morning hours after every 2-3 hours.
In night, apply depigmenting cream like combination of kojic acid and vitamin c over the freckles . Treatment need to be continued for atleast 3 months.
