Suggest Treatment For Fractured Pelvic Bone

I was in a car accident couple years ago that fractured my pelvic bone! I had to learn to walk again...recently I went skating with my daughter and fell straight down on my buttocks it nocked the wind out of me and I felt like I was going to throw up I couldn t speak or move x ray showed nothing broke but I have this lower back pain that will not go away and keeps me up at night
