Suggest Treatment For For Rashes On Abdomen When On Antibiotics

Hi , I m an active overweight 75 year old woman. I am on an antibiotic (cephalexin 250 mg 4x a day) for an infection on an ankle . I have now gotten a bright red rash under a skin fold on my stomach. Is it related to the antibiotic and how do I treat it? The shin is not broken.

first stop antibiotic. take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily and apply caladryl lotion. it may not be due to drugsensitivity. still it will work. but can take deworming tablet like albendazole.
