Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning

I ate bad eggs yesterday at around 2:30ish p.m. Of course I didn t know they were bad at the time. I started having bad stomach cramping around 8 p.m. last night and started vomiting around midnight. The vomiting also came along with diarrhea and didn t stop until around 6:30 a.m. this morning. I m still having bad stomach cramps, but no other symptoms at the moment. Any suggestions on what to do and how to make myself feel better?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You would need to continue to hold off solid food till at least 4 hours have passed with no symptoms.

In addition, it would be important to replace the fluids lost by diarrhea and vomiting. The use of a oral rehydration solution or gatorade would be best.

Probiotics, because they would help to repair the intestinal lining would help to hasten your recovery.

I hope this helps
