Suggest Treatment For Food Poisioning

I got food poisoning two days before my period was due to start. I was only sick for 24hrs vomiting n nausea were my only symptoms. Two weeks have passed and not a sign of it. My periods are regular and keep track of my cycles? Can my pissed period have anything to do with being ill or could it be something else?

I noted the history of food poisoning 2 days before periods, sick only for 24 hours, vomiting and nausea were the only symptoms, two weeks have passed and no sign of periods although they are regular, wants to know whether the missed period has anything to do with the food poisoning or could it be something else.

As per the history you have provided, food poisoning was very mild and can not really change the bodily function so much that the periods could miss. It is possibly be something else. I would advise you the following:

First of all get the urine pregnancy test. Ultrasound of the pelvis to see any changes in genital tract. Consult a Gynecologist to know and get treated if required.
