Hello Sir, My father is 65 year old. he is suffering from gastric. One problem is he is not taking medicine regularly which was prescribed by doctor . One more thing it is a old disease we have tried a lot but no improvement is fount. So kindly suggest some medicine with using procedure which will be useful to my father.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history about your Father suffering From gastric problems but not getting alright as he is not taking the medicines regularly. We have to find the reason: Hence I would advise him the following: First of all send samples of stool, blood and urine for tests. Ultrasonography of the abdomen Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy all under the guidance of a Gastroenterologist. This will help to get the exact diagnosis and hence the plan for proper treatment. You may have to tell him that surgery may be advised hence in fear of surgery he would take medicines regularly and properly, psychotherapy plays important part in management. He may need a PPI, Domperidone, pre and probiotics and a course of an antibiotic as per the reports.
