Suggest Treatment For Flatulence, Constipation And Frequent Bowel Movements

Since last Friday, I have had gas pain, alternating between constipation, and now frequent bowel movements. Soft ribbon like stools. Pain is on the right side, but comes and goes Doctor found blood in urine and some white blood cell count up. Put me on antibiotics. I ve been on antibiotics for 4 days, but don t see any improvement. Something doesn t feel right at all. I feel I need more tests.

Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of constipation alternative bowel movement that may be because of intestinal infection or food intolerance problem. Lack of fiber and water intake also cause constipation problem. Stool sample test is helpful to detect any infection present or not.

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. If this type of symptoms from more than two months than think about irritable bowel syndrome. Constipation side effect of some antibiotics. Detail history and physical examination give exact idea about problems. I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
