Thank you. I have been having very painful flank/kidney pain. No sign of infection. Any urine tests I have had done over last few years, always shows up with blood in urine even when strong pain is there, but urine shows no s ighn of infection. This has been an on going problem .most times it is infection. But when no sign of infection there stiĺ is traces of blood in my urine. Pain gets so bad. Hurts to lay on my left side, also hurts to even just sit back in my car to drive.chair to sit in.cant have my back up against back of the chair. What could this be? 3 yrs ago now I had my adrenal gland removed do to rare tumour. Tumour colapesed n they also had to scrape away alot of my bk to remove all of tumour.it was ten çm. I do at times suffer from scare tissue that would be perfect n this same spot....is thee anything u think could be going on
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, this could be muscular pain or may be due to spinal degenerative disease, I think these may some test to differentiate the diagnosis and best would be MRI test, without this nothing can be said for sure, because your old history of renal pathology does not allow to think that this could be apart from the renal disease, because infection may not be the just cause, hope this information helps, take care.
