Suggest Treatment For Fits On Quitting Alcohol And Xanax

My husband had been taking alcohol for the last 10 years. From last one year he started taking xanax in v high quantity like 400 in one go. He had actually became a drug addict. he took xanax daily for a year around 400 in a day. Yeah 400. I know u wont believe but that s true. Now for about 15 days he has stopped taking all the drugs n alcohol . Recently after quitting he got fits once.

Sudden stopping of such heavy dose of xanax can cause fits.
The drug should be decreased slowly.
I would advice you to visit a psychiatrist for de-addiction program.
