sir my daughter is suffering from fix she is haveinf encorate eption syprup frm last 3 years now from 1 year fix have not occurred now she is in 1st std but problem is she hurts all her friends she use to beat children I would like to know wether any side effect have caused due to medicine

encorate eptoin is sodium valproate which is used for the treatment of epilepsy, bipolar disorder and migraines.

the symptoms of your daughter suggests that she may be having bipolar disorder .

it is very possible that the dose which you had been given her is not adequate for her now, as in children, the dose is adjusted according to body weight. Hence the symptoms.
