Suggest Treatment For Fistula And Internal Piles

I am N.Chalapathi suffering from Fistuls since THREE years. I am taking homeopathy medicine from a well reputed doctor from Hyderabad. He is giving me Silecia with differnt potencies. Of course, the pus has become less but the pain persists. I too got internalpiles.I sincerely request you, Sir, please suggest me a cure so that I can get rid off this severe pain.

your query being appreciated, if this is the fistula then it is the surgical condition and the only option you have is to get done the surgery (Although you have not mentioned what type of fistula you are having) before it turned into malignancy it is better to see the surgeon, because it is almost three years gone, neglecting it any furthermore is not advisable hope this information helps.
