Suggest Treatment For Filariasis

I asking this question for my father. He is 78 years old and has some slight issues of sugar. He is suffering from Filariasis and was taking continous medicine. for last few tears he do not have much problem ir pain in leg. But for last few weeks is suffering severe pain in his leg and the leg is swelling badly. he says the pain is internal he could feel it. so unable sleep at night. Could you be able to advise how to route for a better treatment? i can provide you with more details if required.

The severe swelling that has appeared could be lymphatic block. He is still on treatment and its advisable to consult a general surgeon for this.
