Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Bruise like pain in thighs can be due to fibromyalgia. It is usually managed with antidepressants like amitryptilline or SSRI group drugs. ANA profile should be done to rule out lupus. A proper ophthalmological examination followed by tests like HFA if needed should be done to rule out glaucoma. If it is that it can be corrected by drug therapy. DMARD group drugs or corticosteroids might be needed in therapy to attain a remission stage. A regular follow up with a rheumatologist is necessary and maintanance dosage of drugs should be taken for long term to keep yourself in remission.Monoclonal antibodies like rituximab and infliximab is helpful but is expensive. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
