Suggest Treatment For Fibroadenoma

Hi, I had a core needle biopsy done recently....my surgeon said everything was benign but that i had a radial scar and needed to take it out. I went in to discuss findings with her and she showed me the report, which noted
"a focus with stromal hyalinazation and fibrosis that could represent an edge of a radial sclerosing lesion."
In the past, I was diagnosed with a fibroidadenoma as well. I'm wondering if this is indeed a radial scar, and if so, does it really need to come out---or is there some other treatment. what are the chances this could be cancerous?
thank you

Fibroadeoma may be associated with other lesions in the breast like radial scar.
Thus, radial scar on biopsy may be unrelated with the previous fibroadenoma. or may be co-existing with it.
Further management requires complte assessment of breast with investigations like ultrasound of the breast to look for any other lesion.
In case a mass lesion is present, aspiration cytology of the mass lesion can be attempted.

Thanks and take care
