Suggest Treatment For Fever,sore Throat And Muscle Aches

Hello! My 23 year old daughter had neg strep culture about 2 weeks ago. Took 10 days of antibiotics, (no one called to say neg)and symptoms returned 2 days ago low grade fever sore throat ( very swollen tonsils), neck &muscle aches, fatigue. Med express put her back on an antibiotic (waiting on strep test results). Mono test neg as well (history of mono though) not perking up as usual...any suggestions?

Don't do anything so much. Past h/ o of mono may be there . Now need to see serology or Antibody titles. Virus will take its own time to ho. Try building up immunity to avoid recurrence. Take anti inflammatories like dicloran/ combiflam and regular antiseptic gargles.
