Suggest Treatment For Fever, runny Nose And Abdominal Distension In A Child

my granddaugher is 15 mths old and she has a low grade fever, runny nose and now her tummy is very hard and extended. I am worried about her and not sure what to do? she has been playful, when she is walking around she keeps falling down. She has been making weird movements with her eyes and shaking her head back and forth when she makes these weird eye movements. She has ate very well and also has been drinking fluids good today. she has had to bowel movements, which have been very soft, but I would not call them runny like diahiarea (spelling).

Hi...I feel she's going through a viral illness. You can use paracetamol at appropriate dose for fever. For cough & cold mild anti allergies will do. I suggest you seek your primary pediatrician's help in this. Wishing your grandchild a speedy recovery.
