Suggest Treatment For Fever,cough And Slight Abdominal Pain
Suffering from fever cough ozing and lil abdominal pain.....what medicine shall be take.Availabile medicine with me are Diclofenac 500mg Potassium 50mg Paracetamol 325 mg Ofloxacin 200mg +Ornidazol 500mg Ofloxacin+ hydrochloride 200mg both Paracetamol 650.What do u suggest to take if any other

fever means how much days are you suffering from fever,
2. fever with associated abdominal pain is an indication for typhoid fever or other problems in the abdomen causing fever
if you were my patient i will definitely investigate you if the fever is more than three days
the investigations include complete heamogram, widal, smear for M.P M.F.
and ultra sound abdomen
higher doses of antibiotics may also cause abdominal pain and diarrhea.
3. if the fever is for the first day you can try with ofloxacin 200 mg and paracetamol 500 mg.
