Anything to be concerned about?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
What you are giving is OK and continue.
Better add one cough syrup containing Dextromethorphan to cotrol cough.
Better add an antibiotic if no relief within 4-5 days.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
