Suggest Treatment For Fever With Shivering After A Treatment For Burning Urination

Hello sir,
I was having burning sensation while urinating 2 days back and i was prescribed Taxim-o, Citralka and Meftal (only in case of abdominal pain). I also underwent Urine (Routine) blood tests and Ultrasound scan. All resulted in normal behavior.
Last night I took Taxim-o and Citralka syrup but around 4am early morning started stomach pain started. I was not able to sleep at all and was having bloated stomach. So i took Meftal and could catch sleep. Problem started in the morning around 9.30AM, I was all shivering, had fever and was very weak.
Then after vomiting it was slightly better. When I called the doctor he suggested to take Dolo-650.
Now I am scared to take Taxim-o or Citralka as I dont want to go through one more scary night!!
Can you please suggest if i can take only Citralka syrup and leave aside Taxim-o.

If you have fever despite antibiotics for urinary infection then there is a possibility of having bugs resistant to the taxim-o antibiotic.
I would advice a visit to casualty/ER or call your doctor again.
