Suggest Treatment For Fever With Headache And Mitral Valve Prolapse

My name is Lorraine n I m a healthy 45 year old n. 6 weeks ago it started with an enlarged liver elevated enzymes at 9000 then kidney n bladder infection in the tests ct scan etc they told me I have an obstruction in my small intestine n something in my colon the back pain n stomach pain was awful n I was born with hole in my heart n mitral valve prolapse n have to have IV antibiotics before n after any surgery I see cardiologist tomarrow due to the hole is got too big n the valve needs repairing but my main concern is 8 days ago I woke up with 15 or more huge red painful lymph nodes n all. 8 days can t get fever down it s about 101.8 or over. 102 so tired head hurts in back to near hair line I can feel more lumps coming up super painful a lot of weightloss n I now feel like I have a double ear infection

Your symptoms are related to Rheumatic heart disease associated with valvular abnormality.You need to get an ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile to confirm the diagnosis.Also monitor your blood pressure,heart rate,temperature.Start taking antibiotic course like benzathine penicillin by consulting your cardiologist.You need to have a cardiac clinical examination.Coronary angiogram is advisable to look for any co existent blocks in the heart.In severe cases you may need to have mitral valve replacement.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
