Suggest Treatment For Fever To A Diabetic?
patient with diabetes type 2. Last weekend was sick and experienced chills, headache, extreme tiredness and high blood sugar. Had two slight fainting incidents and went to hospital. Sodium was low, did all kinds of tests and kept overnight but sent home. Patient felt no better at home, is extremely week. Went back to dr s and they ran tests but sent him home. Now there is dry heaving and slight fever along with the headache. Thoughts?
