Suggest Treatment For Fever, Runny Nose And Congested Cough

My almost 2 year old has had a fever for 2 days now. He also has a runny nose and congested cough. Last night he woke up a couple of times and seemed to have trouble breathing. Now he has the chills and his hands and feet are extremely cold. Do I need to worry or are these symptoms related?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. It can be due to respiratory infection. If it is bacterial antibiotics will be required. Lot of fluids should be given as dehydration will be there due to fever. It is better to have a consultation with pediatrician or GP . In case of lung congestion bronchodilators like levosalbutamol will be helpful. If just upper respiratory infection then nasal decongestants, Antihistamines and paracetamol for fever will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
