Suggest Treatment For Fever In A Diabetic Child

My 10 yr old boy is newly diagnosed type1 diabetic . This Fyernoon he developed a fever and vo Utter an hour ago. My husband had gastro so I suspect my son now does too. His bsl is 9 and it s nighttime now so he s sleeping. Is there anything se I need to do overnight
