Suggest Treatment For Fever In A Child

Hello, My daughter (2 years 11 months) is having cold and fever 101.1 since two days. The doctor has suggested Meftalgesic (5ml three times a day), T-minic (5ml three times a day) and cefixime antibiotic (5ml two times a day). We are giving the above medicines since yesterday night. Again fever has come in the morning and in the afternoon. Plese suggest

This is mostly an upper respiratory tract infection mam.inbetween the fever if the child is active don't worry..during fever the child will be lethargic mam.give plenty of oral fluid a and continue the medications mam..it will subsyide in a couple of days
