dear user at begining i would like to tell you that symptoms of mild fever withsorethroat and dizziness are indicative of your child infection with viral or bacterial infection.......most commonly cause is viral ..common cold have these manifestations for few days and decrease gradually with no need to take antibiotics because it is viral not bacterial.......you need not to get worried about that as it is common problem ...only simple steps you can do just cold compresses for relief of fever and you can give him tylenol as antipyretic and help relieve of these symptoms als you should give him plenty of fluids because it is recommended in this case....you need not to go to er because of these symptoms except if you want to assure your self and get worry out ...you can just give him multiple fluids and cold compresses or puting him under running water to decreas body temperature and then you can go see his regular doctor to role out any bacterial infection and to see if he need blood test to help to know causative agen..t......untill that just be calm there no reason to have all this worry...wish your baby healthy life
